APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY – MAYEBROWS • A deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment. • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the service price. • No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in the loss of the deposit and may require a new deposit to book a future appointment. • Deposits are reserved specifically for your appointment time and are non-refundable. • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service. In this case, the deposit may be forfeited. By booking an appointment with Mayebrows, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
